My private practice focuses on offering quality individual and family therapy. I have a particular emphasis in working with young adults to middle-age adults with anxiety and family-related issues.

  • My goal is to offer support to you in a time of need and help you finding lasting tools so that you can be successful in meeting your own needs.
  • I think active client participation creates the best outcomes for treatment and therefore I encourage my clients to be involved in their treatment in and out of the therapy room. Making sure you are heard, comfortable, and feel safe are my top priorities.
  • The therapy session lasts 50 minutes and we would generally meet once a week. The number of sessions is for us to determine, but the research shows that 3-8 sessions can go a long way. Read here or contact me further with questions.
  • The therapeutic match is very important and finding someone with whom you are comfortable with can feel like a daunting task.
